They make a gluten free sauce on request that they can use for most dishes. The woodsen noodles are made from bean, so they are most definetly gluten free, and I've been told the other noodles are purely rice based. There are contamination concerns when it comes to dishes if you are celiac, but thats mostly just the sauces in the prep area and overal not very high gluten ppm substances. Try the chicken pad thai with subsituted bean noodles prepared gluten free, i live off it.
