Just make sure she asks them to shorten the stirrups for her and she'll do just fine.
If you are too heavy for your height they won't let you ride because it's a balance issue and safety issue. They raise stirrups for children, it's not necessarily a height issue only. And they will weigh you and you might get imbarrased in front of people.
