Do you mean kids as in kids without the possessive apostrophe s? Or do you mean what time do the kids need to leave to get there? Since I don't know where you are I don't know how long it takes for you to get to the Garden bowl or if you'll be driving or walking or taking the q line. Your best bet us to call Garden bowl at their phone number and ask them if there is a curfew for kids under 18. Then you would get your answer and could make an informed decision.
