With their highest level of service option, my car was only vacuumed inside and all the mud on the seats left. And they had lots of elegant ways to correct this situation , but not, they chose the most inconvenient one for the customer. Its clear that this place has lots of business and they won’t care about anything anyone says. Business is good so who cares about one customer.

Yes, they can do detail work but run the other way. They no longer provide quality service, then argue with you about the dirt that's still on your car. Highly unimpressed, especially the customer service. I picked up a rag and finished the job myself.
