Best way is go in there... yes it's a pain, but the best way to get service is to be there. When I go I'm usually out within 15 minutes of walking in.
It sux, but make the time to go there.
While it is ironic that a high tech company needs you to physically be there to get the service, it is true while I live 55 minutes from there if I had used the time that I spent on the phone and on the internet trying to get the answers I needed for my daughter's phone I should have just driven there because I ended up getting everything fixed in a short amount of time very efficient and very friendly staff they are awesome, I've said this before but thank you again Mario for your patience and your efficiency I know nothing about Apple phones and he got me through my daughter's phone, which was a disaster, and out the door everything was cool. My 12 year old was very happy which makes me happy of course.
Best is to get to the outlet. You will be asked to register to get someone to service you. Normally it's within 10 mins that you will have someone to attend to you after registration.
