Website makes it seem you can get a simple interior wash but I was pressured into a 5 times the website

To start, there's a giant hole in the middle of the driveway that you have to maneuver around as youre turning in (not a big deal, but it sets up what happened next). I don't know who put up the cones, but the way they were set up suggested that they wanted people to queue up into two lines. Drive up to the pay kiosk and get yelled at by one of the employees that the lane I was driving on was apparently curing cement (if they had literally roped it off, properly, there would have been zero confusion). Once I'm at the kiosk, it asked me to put my card in; it literally doesn't work. Employee then had to come over and explain that their kiosk doesn't function properly and on top of that, the prices in the options are all wrong. This is the worst car wash I've ever been to; Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Literally learn how to rope off the section of pavement you don't want cars going on and fix your kiosks; it's not that difficult...

Been going to this car wash pretty consistently for the last year or two, and I always appreciate the customer service. However yesterday was the cherry on top! The young gentleman helped me insert my cash into the machine, and although my bills were crumpled and it took longer than expected, he helped me out with a smile on his face the entire time. The gentleman who dried my car was also very kind, and I realized what I love about this car wash is that everybody treats you like a regular even if it’s your first time. Great customer service and great deals for a great car wash. One thing I will say is that the towels they use to dry your car aren’t the best, but it doesn’t bother me too much, if your particular about that sort of thing it might however. Overall, 5 starts out of 5! There’s free vacuuming, you can buy another car wash ahead of time at a discounted price, and their detailing service is superb too!
