You can try on dresses without an appointment but I don't recommend it during times when they are busiest. The staff wants to be able to give you full attention and dedicate themselves and with an appointment you are guaranteed the time you need. If you walk in I suggest doing it during the week and earlier in the day.

I always had appointment but my friend came with me and she tried on without appointment. I think depends how busy. When I first called I asked them and they prefer u to have one. But I don't know if it is a must.
