Not at the outdoor venues, but those concerned about their wellbeing and those of their loved ones generally mask anyway.
To be totally honest I'm not sure they are changing the mandates and ordinances so often no one knows whether it's okay to come visit or if you should stay away but use your own discretion if you feel safe and you feel comfortable I hope you enjoy yourself but as I said I'm not sure with all the switching and changing up of our government officials saying one thing and then doing another use your own judgment but I do recommend if you are not vaccinated continue to wear your mask because you can still catch the variant and covid-19 and the people that are vaccinated can carry the covid and the Delta Fair. But not catch it but they can pass it on to you so as I said use your own judgment and just be safe

No. Mask recommended but not enforced. For those concerned with social distancing bring your own chair and sit near the fountains and watch from the Megatron. Still a wonderful experience.
