Prices are higher than Kroger and Aldi, lower than Plum Market or Whole Foods. They focus on natural, organic, and specialty foods. Their prices are good for that niche. I also appreciate supporting a local, independent business.
There is a slight premium on some items due to freshness and small scale operations...but overall fair. In my opinion.
