Why is it that you can't get a table (to fold clothes) on a Monday night at ten. I know they offer bundle service, but there were 5 people (looked like teens) taking up every table (they weren't using). Another customer complained to me about it.

Todd, the laundry does commercial work during the night usually after we close at midnight so we have employees working in there every night all night. Monday was an especially busy day due to the commercial laundry business. I apologize and will ask the employees to leave a table open for customers if they have to start early. Not sure what management can do about that, unless there was someone on-site that late. I don't think there is but I could be wrong...? Maybe ask management to post signs with something like, "Tables are for folding clothes only" but people can still ignore that.
