I was having a rough night because my washing machine started leaking water everywhere so I went to Bellevue Coin Laundry. I was embarrassed because I didn't know which machines to use, but Frank graciously greeted me and offered to help. I accidentally dropped my keys in the machine and didn't realize it until after the wash started (door locked). I was beside myself with anxiety, but once again Frank swooped in to save the day! He was so kind throughout the whole ordeal and was able to restart the machine so I could get my keys out. I am so grateful that he was working tonight! All in all, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because of the exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff, very clean, nice big TVs if you get bored. I gave it 4/5 because despite my clothes still being very wet after washing, they felt greasy after drying. I used far less detergent than I do at home so I’m not sure what I would do differently next time but I’m no expert.

This is the cleanest laundry Matt I have been to. The girl Aare’Anne is super sweet and patient. My brother came in with me in such a bad mood and she brighten our nights. Definitely will be returning.

Easily accessible, quick in and out. Well maintained machines and place. Friendly staff, the machines are available most of the time - varied capacities, 20lb, 40lb, 60lb and 80lb capacity washers and similar capacity dryers. You could buy detergent onsite. Best part of these machines is - you could pay by card and coins. There is also coin machine onsite do you need coins. There is free WiFi hotspot as well while you wait. Not much of sitting/waiting area. You could time your wash and dry and move out to get other things done. Overall a good place for your laundry needs.
