Ehhhh, I wouldn't say so. My 9 year old only liked a few things. I'd say 7 and under is best.
The muse Knoxville I would say caters to more of the 8 year and under. Your 10 year old may like the muse over by chillhowee park better. There is more stuff to do there. The one in west town mall is a smaller version of the one by chillhowee park
If he's into science, I'm sure he'd Love it. My kids did.
I would say yes and no. There are a couple of mature exhibits but I feel like the majority of the museum caters to a younger age group.
