They have no sense of urgency at that one. Horrible service
Myself personally I don't know what's really going on with that McDonald's. It always take them so long to get your breakfast or dinner ready and most of the time it's not fresh so I don't understand why it takes so long.
They constantly make excuses that all of the employees are new and haven't been trained. All the employees seem to quit because the management has no idea what they are doing.
Crappy management
I think they be playing around. I've been to that location and seen like 10 people working, but still be behind. Some of the worker look like they're ready to fight and they be dancing and singing. I'm not against workers having fun, but if you got the line backed up then it's time to be serious.
Just waited 25mins for fast food, and they gave me my order before 2 people in front of me. I'll drive the 3 miles to the to the next one I'll never go the again.
They have to slaughter the cow first.
They're not very professional plus they butcher animals for their food!
