Constantly giving the shortest legal notice of inspections then never showing up. Overcharge and refuse to work with tenants. Callous and uncaring, they give you attitude when you try to explore your options. They only see you as dollar signs and the owner will straight up lie to you. Stay far away. If you fall on hard times and let em know you'll need a couple weeks to get their money they'll reply by sending you a 7 day to vacate notice and throw you out in the street. Look at the smarmy and sarcastic way they reply to bad reviews. Tells you everything you need to know. Deuntay Fields and Stewart are both disrespectful and rude with a severe deficit in charm and decorum. The former definitely lacks reading comprehension and comes off as semi-literate in our correspondence.
