Terrible Owner and Management. Slumlord owner who doesn't want to pay his help anything even remotely resembling a decent wage? Maintenance Dept is practically nonexistent. Roughly 80 or so units and only 1 under-qualified maintenance man who works with 1 helper that aren't worth a darn either. None with any type of Electrical credentials. No plumbing credentials. No heating and cooling credentials. No proper credentials period, yet this person is still the main maintenance guy for this park!!! This park cant even get things together enough to hire a proper cleaning crew to clean the units they rent out? I could go on and on. Don't rent from this park or you will be sorry.

I have lived in this park for only 5 months and this is my observation. Promises made that are never kept, neighbor cats running wild and getting into my trash, loud music and roaring motorcycles from the other trailer park next door, lawns that never get mowed. Neighbors who takes your groceries right off your porch while you are in the hospital.. It would be really nice just to get one of those issues taken care of. But I don't see it happening.
