Nope, unless it's a service dog.

I'm not sure anyone here rents dogs on lease, but there might be someone that will sell you one outright

I know they allow dogs for the handicapped but not sure on having a dog there without being disabled.

Although there is a sign stating no dogs, i often see them on leashes out there. I have never once seen where the owners do not clean up after their dogs. Now, I am just a vendor, so I cannot give permission... but, as long as your dog is well behaved, I don't think anyone will give you a problem... and please be sure to have doggie bags.

I'm going to say yes, I have seen people with dogs there, there was even a vendor that had one.
