Staff was very nice but not able to service. Representative stated they were too understaffed to provide import services but did recommend a competitor company. Response from the owner26 minutes ago I am sorry you felt the need to leave a 2-star review. We even went the extra mile to provide you with another potential option which many companies will not provide. We wish you best of luck. Thanks for your prompt response. Please understand the 2 star review is representative of your services and not how pleasant your staff is. If you are striving for 5 star reviews I would advise you to staff efficiently enough to meet your workload at a 5 star level. Aside of being understaffed your team was great and again, thanks for the quick response. :)
