No, I did not see any Japanese garlic fried rice on the menu in my many visits.

Describe how is that different from the fry rice from the hibachi
I'm not sure Felipe, I have never had it from a hibachi (I'm not sure which hibachi you are referring to either). What i do know is that it is garlicky throughout and has egg and garlic chips on top. If they have it somewhere in the Valley please let me know.
