Call the store and speak to the Tech Dept. They are informative and will provide you with where to go if they cannot help.

Or take it to the Apple store

Call the store directly, ask for their support department. They should be able to guide you accordingly with some information provided.

That's a job for Micro Center call them.

I agree with lynn. Call before you go, but I'm pretty sure it won't be an issue.
