Ebay or amazon both seems to have them... Limited supplies though... Probably higher prices.
Steps: 1) find the product on the website 2) add item to your "Cart" 3) click "Proceed to checkout" 4) sign in or use guest account 5) add shipping address, name, and payment information 6) Click "purchase" 7) print purchase receipt, and wait for package to arrive.

There is an open box on ebay. Seller has good feedback. Card is in Texas. Might be able to snatch it up. Haven't seen any new in a while. Good prices on new rx580s? This might be a tough card to find new.
