Really not any biking trails there. But there are nice roads and paths you can ride on.
^ If the trails have no one hiking through them, you could use them. There are some inclines and declines, but it's very short (approx. 3.0 miles going through twice). As I remember, there is a sandpit at one of the declines, so I would be careful.
You could, but the trails are not single track and better suited for hiking. If you want single track mountain biking try Brighton Rec Center, which isn't all that far away.
