There was a time were I went here and thought there could have been better, but now they have improved the place tremendously. The rink is redone, there is new lights, new art on the walls, and a good set of workers that make everything even better. Not going to stop going anytime soon.

Safety- 0 Cleanliness-4 Staff Kindness-5 We came here for the first and had a safety concern and scare. The jr ninja zone is locked and staff must buzz people (adults and children) in. Due to short staffing issues, which is understandable at this time, there was no one to immediate let people in. My 4.5year old climbed up about half way with 2 older kids. She panicked and froze and was “stuck”. The other 2 kids could not get her to come down. I could not get in to get to her. I yelled across the skate rink at the one and only referee patrolling the birthday parties, the skate rink and ninja zone. It took several minutes for the ref to hear me and then to get to us, mean while my child was screaming and the others are trying to calm her and coax her down. Once opened, I was able to get to her. After about 15 minutes of calming her down, she did enjoy her time there. I voiced my safety concerns to the teenage referee and he was unsure as what to do. If a child broke a limb up in your ninja zone and an adult could not immediately get to child to help, that is a HUGE safety concern. Other than my major issue of safety, the general staff was kind and smiley and helpful with the kids in the prize zone. The facility was rather clean. I don’t know if we will be back or if I would recommend your facility.

Call me asap! I have had a very unpleasant time at your brighton location. You just lost thousands of dollars revenue. Your staff is highly incapable of treating people with respect. We were completely embarrassed and harassed. We will never come back here. We had 12 kids here who could of had future parties. That will NEVER happen! My cousins family and I will let everyone know about our experience. Also another comment is that you have no space in your facility for families with more than 4 people. Our family has several families with 5 and 6 kids plus adults. I feel that we were discriminated because we asked where we could sit and the lady told us we could go on the side with the orange gate to one of the long tables. We were approached by multiple members of management and treated horribly. We were asked to leave the building because we sat at a table with our family to eat for 15 mins. Very disappointed. But this was a valuable lesson for my children on how to treat people and what is appropriate and inappropriate. Also you have reserved signs on some tables (no I am not talking about birthday signs) see photo. Those signs were not on any of the tables and there was only one party at the opposite side of the building.
