I'm going to say unlikely unless you are a licensed dealer that sells handguns there is a slim to no chance that they are allowing that to happen. The only way I see it going through is s if it is going in it be serviced to a licensed dealer and the shipped back to you. Then they will have to know about it ahead of time. As the person before me said call and find out. Also call your local police department and they can give you tips to ship I am sure.
