JoAnn has some of the best deals around. However, their stores really are not handicap friendly. This location doesn't even have any wheelchairs, not like it really matters because their aisles are not set up for that kind of thing, it's a struggle to get bidirectional traffic in an aisle with their small shopping carts I don't even see how a wheelchair can get through most of their aisles. I honestly don't understand how any Joann store meets ADA requirements.

I dont believe so but Gall Sewing and Vacuum in Frandor does clean and repair machines.
I wouldn't be able to fully answer, I'm based in tampa, Fl :) . However I suspect quick call might help. If not them then Michael's or a home improvement store might assist
They might, you have a better chance checking out home depot or lowes
