I get severely painful migraines - I throw up/cannot be around light or noise. I’ve been prescribed pain relieves for them/tried migraine excedrin. Nothing helps. I also have been diagnosed with anxiety/depression and see a therapist. Do I qualify?

with all that going on just go to your general practitioner you got all the bells and whistles just get your paperwork yeah you do qualify

and don't forget that arthritis at back pain

Yes you qualify get a report from your primary care physician to prove you have these diagnosed ailments

I get severe migraines as well, same symptoms. I'm not sure if you qualify because of the headaches but the depression and anxiety may qualify you. Call them. They are great and will answer all your questions.
