No camping, sorry... It is a permanent **senior** living community. It allows you to purchase the land and house so then you own it. You then have only HOA dues. This is nice because instead of just paying rent now you have equity to build up. Then if you ever wish to sell or if once you passed on, then your beneficiary may decides to sell it or can lease it out.
