Great experience! in at 8 am, out at 4 pm for a full transmission replacement on a dually! Other dealer told me they’d have it for 3 weeks, it would be 15k…. PR ford exceeded my expectations when they were able to do it same day, for almost half of another dealer quote… I’ll be ordering my trucks from them as well from now on.
