I see that knights key is being converted into housing. Will sunset grille stay open or is the restaurant part of the Singh transaction?

I can't imagine that this iconic establishment will be shutting down any time soon.

They have rebuilt the boardwalk and really don't think they will be closing Sunset Grill

As far as the homes being built in Knights Key. They are not going to close The Sunset Bar & Grill.
