This is no longer up to date. My son was denied entry today 1/30/19. Do not take underage children!! Place looks awesome, but they said their liquor laws changed over the summer.
ID's checked at the door but there is a "bar" and a "resturant" in separate rooms; They both serve alcohol

They are both. Pretty sure there were kids in the restaurant when we were there back in July.
I think you have to be 21 to enter. But im not positive. Give them a call to be sure.
