They got my bagel order wrong and the coffee was weak. The service people didn’t seem to have great English so I was hesitant to ask for something different.

Start this off saying, the food was pretty good. I walked in behind two women with about 8 kids, they were taken care of pretty quickly, and they got to my order. Placed my order, paid for my food ($21 for a patty melt and fries…) And proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my food, for a 30 minute lunch break for work, that’s an issue for me. But I was patient, I’ve worked in the food industry before, I get it. Things happen. What prompted this review is when they called my food, and I walked up to pick it up, I told the gal thank you. I wasn’t expecting a “sorry” or anything at all….but when I over paid for the food, waited entirely too long (the family before me had their food before I even finished paying) I don’t feel like I should have gotten an eye roll and a dismissal. All I said was thank you politely… I’m seeing a ton of recent negative reviews. Maybe they need to take a hint.

Terrible service cold food. People were not friendly. Spent $30 for 2 people and food was super cold. Would rather go to McDonald's.

Service is not that good, the people are not friendly. The bacon is ALL fat and tiny little scraps they aren't even bacon strips. The bagels are flat and very hard to chew. We had an omelette that hadn't been touched, fall onto the floor and they made us pay for a new one. If you ask a question they staff seem put out.
