Right now me and my kids are stranded in Delaware I have no way of calling and it's impossible to come in right now...how can I contact the mail room I really need my mail and can't not have y'all return anything...I'm homeless and can't get my mail

Mail pickup there is from noon (12pm) until 2pm.
