I paid $450 a month last summer. Stayed there 4 months. Pools nice if they have it up and going. Lake isnt too deep but, they say it's good fishing. I never caught anything the few times I tried. For the money, it's a nice place. Mike the owner is awesome. Loaned me tools to set up my load leveler hitch so I could pull it back to Indiana when my company moved me home.
It was under about four feet of water so it's going to take a little while to get back to par but they are open for business. They have campers in their right now as we speak.
