I bought a sony tv with a warranty and I need a new remote control, do I go through best buy or Sony?

Go back to best buy they may give you a replacement.

I would go back to Best Buy first. They might have a replacement or you can buy a universal remote control

I would check with Best Buy first as It is local and you'd be likely to get it the same day, if they replace it. More than likely with Sony you would have to wait for it in the mail.

You would go through Sony

If your looking for a N/C replacement it would be sony. Unless you have an extended warranty with best buy, then it would be best buy.

Good question I suggest you call best buys just to make sure they have different kinds of tv remote.
