If u have a problem with it. They can help u with it. But if it's broken/ damaged, then u are out of luck. Unless u bought it there and it has insurance, then u can trade it in for another one. That's all the help I got for u. I hope all turns out well for u.

Why does no one ever answer the phone at Best Buy? I waited 20 minutes yesterday and another 10 minutes today with no one picking up. It is very frustrating.
