Depends on the site#. Most are pretty small and it would be hard to fit 4 small tents. There may be some that will accommodate 4 small tents though. And there are group and double sites too.
We stayed in #17 and had a 4person tent it had 2 spots to puttents and is on the river it was beautiful! Host's was nice too. Across from us was several clustered campsites.
