The Lamb Riblets are bloody delicious. Glazed/tossed with a spicy sweet BBQ sauced, and topped with bleu cheese. They'll easily leave the bleu cheese off, if you happen to have an allergy for it.
The goat balls are good. Risotto with cheese center.
The bison burger and fries is really good. I'd describe their food as "American Bar & Grill" or "American Pub".
