If you want to be charged for damage or wear and tear from previous tenants or charged for another month and other amenities AFTER you move out. This is the place. They are cheap. These guys own the off campus apartments as well. They charged me after I moved out both. They are scammers. They only care about the money. Their foundation is cracking. They haven't had an inspection for several years

apartments are in a great location In a management company our friendly alliance property management whenever called with issues or put a work order and they fix them On a good time frame even on holiday weekend this is a great place to live Only I I don’t like about the apartment is minor is that they’re are on most of the apartments don’t have dryer or washer hook ups it’s in laundry room and not have one in each apartment but other than that everything’s great

Great little community with awesome staff that work with you instead of sweat you, until it's time to pay up for rent. Sadly, the moment rents due, even if your in contact with them, they want their money and will issue a 3day vacate notice quick as can be. If you want to rent here, be forwarned that you don't pay, you can't stay. Tough love

Our experience with East Ridge Apartments has been awesome so far. Our leasing agent as well as the rest of their office have been extremely professional, respectful, and reasonable. The only issue we've run into with them so far has been the lack of cleanliness of the unit at our move in date, but after reaching out to management about it they were more than willing to help resolve the issue.
