This is true! Definitely hang on to your Ross receipts bcz I just went there on Saturday to return a dress I bought $19.99 and couldn't find my receipt so I assumed I would just get the usual store credit. Nope! They scanned the dress and offered me a store credit of 49cents!!! Needless to say I did not return the dress that day. Instead I went home to search for the receipt. As long as you have your receipt I have never had an issue with returning merchandise to Ross. I love shopping at Ross I will just make sure I hang on to my receipts from now on.
