I've always loved imos, but my daughter ordered a vegetarian pizza. You've changed the way you slice your peppers. You used to "shave" them thin like your onions. Today we got 1/4- 1/2 inch thick slices. They were thicker than the pizza and didn't cook all the way through. Raw peppers aren't good on pizza. Ruined our day!

I was a little headstand to come because of the ratings but i do know that you can’t please everybody. My experience was really good. I usually go to the locations in St. Louis . Food was amazing and customer service was good. Thank you 🤞🏾

Placed my order online at 7:18pm. Website said it would be ready 7:38pm. I was at the drive up window at 7:37pm and was told it would be another 5 minutes and they'd bring it out. At 7:49pm, I was back at the window asking about the pizza. Was told it wasn't ready yet. When I started questioning she said she'd go back and check. Hands me out the pizza, no apology for having me sitting in the heat, no offer of a drink, no nothing. Bottom of pizza has burned spots, there's maybe 1 piece of hamburger in each piece. Really poor service and pizza. First and last time I'll visit this place.

I don't usually bother leaving reviews for chains, but this is far and away the best Imo's I've been to. The service is great and they're friendly, the food is better than any other Imo's. The lunch special is pretty reasonably priced.
