Yes. My son got his first at 17. All I had to do was sign a form saying he had my permission. And show ID. This wasn't at this parlor but I believe its state law and applies to all shops. Seven Swords does AMAZING. Art. I highly recommend them. Especially for your child's first tattoo.
Hi, At Seven Swords we do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. While the user below is correct in saying what the law states, we only do 18 and up for our own personal reasons.
