When you get your item shipped tell them to "hold at location" ans then they will ask you to specify which one .
They will hold for 5 days.but you should call and let them know you are coming to get
Just call the office.
You have to call either before it gets to the shipping processing facility or after it is unsuccessfully delivered and you can usually pick it up
