The manager Nona was incredibly rude. screaming at me for not understanding what she was talking about, was unhelpful. She also made me wait in store for two and half hours over a dispute for a missing package. dont ever go here, abandon all hope for your lost mail. someone should shut this place down

I literally avoid using Fedex for any deliveries in Philly. Thanks Google for making me use Fedex so I have to deal with this trash service that lies and pretends they deliver things.

These Ladies working today 10-4-2022 from the hours since I’ve been here all were awesome! 5-6:30 pm Kept following up, made sure I was well informed of next steps Saw the other customers come and go. Observed all of the good and bad customers coming through. They all handled them amazingly. Humbly, nurtured, well informed, greeted almost immediately and over all genuine care. Took my almost an hour to get here. But after waiting almost 2 hours once I got here. I’m happy. Thanks for your time ladies

Depends. FedEx Express will. But FedEx Ground or Freight I have no idea about. You can call 1800-go-FedEx and set up a pickup from the US to Australia. They will walk you through the process.

Absolutely, everything is there and the staff is very friendly.
Or maybe it's a small FedEx store not a warehouse
When you get your item shipped tell them to "hold at location" ans then they will ask you to specify which one .
