How about calling them and ask directly if its a health issue. Don't take anyone's word on here.
The people at handlebars are very nice folks and easy to reach by phone. Recommendation is call them directly. Local guides are not the best place to direct health questions.
My wife has to be Gluten free and has eaten there before. Don't remember on a gluten free menu specifically but she was able to get some things that worked for her
