Hosts Betty and Albert are wonderful, first of all. A friend and I stayed here prior to a backpacking trip on the Colorado Trail. Not only were we very comfortable in our room and well taken care of there, Albert's breakfast was amazing. We're still talking about it days later as we head back to our normal, city lives. Stay here and tell Betty and Albert they're wonderful for me, please.

This place far exceeded my expectations. The hosts, Betty and Albert, were attentive and friendly. They cooked us a fantastic breakfast in the morning. The room was beautiful. Outside, there's a great hot tub, lawn, picnic area and grill. This place is a gem! If I ever come back, I will definitely try to stay here again.

Albert and Becky were great. They made my wife and I feel like old friends. I told Albert I’m an early riser (4am) and he had coffee waiting for me while I sat in common area reading a book. The place is clean, breakfast is wonderful and it’s just a good place to spend the night in Silverton. We’ll be back soon. :-)

This nostalgic magical Inn is quaint and the perfect place for anyone looking for something that is uniquely different. And yes the food was exquisite. As far as host and hostess, they are fine a couple who make the stay extra special. We spent one night with our daughter and granddaughter. My wife and I are considering going back in February to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. If planning to stay in Silverton this is your destination. Mike and Linda Couch Monte Vista Colorado

I would say the Blair Street Hostel or the Avon shared rooms. Both the Triangle and the Prospector are very reasonable. Also the Bent Elbow for an authentic Silverton experience. The Alma House is a great value since it includes a hot tub and a full gourmet breakfast.
