Anything you can think of. There are even open mic nights were anyone can get up and play. Some of the bands that have already been mentioned started just like that. If the owner likes a group they invite them back. Valor has been ths starting place for a loy of famous Utah musicians.

It ranges widely, you can find just about anything, we've been there for plenty of folk/rock as thats our usual fav. But they have heavier rock, to pop, country occasionally, rap/r&b, acoustic, jazz, just follow them on Facebook and check out the calendar on their website as they post a lot there!
