Tickets only for the most part... there was a charity event in June but that's over... not sure if they will do that again or not!

From what I am told the wristband is a special charity event offering ....and all proceeds go to charity that day was last week of June when I was there to experience it.

Yes tickets that never expire, each ride requires a certain number of tickets, if you ride with a special needs or a ride where you can set minor child on lap the adult can ride for free.
If you are the parent of a special needs child go to information booth. You can get a wristband that lets that parent ride for free. You still have to buy tickets for the child.
