Are your bulk coffees all supplied by Mayorga? The reason I ask is that what you offer in Rockville, MD store appears to be a broader selection than that offered on their website. Are the coffees independently certified as bird friendly?

As it turns out, we do not sell Mayorga roasted products; however, we partner with Mayorga as they supply us with their raw green coffee, which is then roasted in Baltimore. All organic coffee is bird-friendly, certified or not because the practices entailed in organic farming are bird-friendly. Take care, Erin

I shop for the coffee beans sold at MOM's and the coffee beans are sourced from Mayorga. Coffee beans from Mayorga are supposedly grown with tree cover which attracts migrating birds and thus they are bird friendly according to MOM. Because the coffee obtained by MOM from Mayorga seems to be from different farmers in different countries they have more selection it seems. I love the coffee beans MOM sells and the beans are roasted at MOM's in small batches and this they are flavorful.
