My wife has a friend who has a man that is on parole or probation, he will not leave her apartment and she has demanded him to leave, he also took the keys to her car. She obviously is scared to call police or probation officer or doesn't know how.

Call the cops.Does he get nail at that address? If so she us screwed until he hits her. But he is technically stealing her car so.... But then he could get new charge...tough. If he doesn't get nail at that addres tell cops he dont love there abd wont leave..file report and get a stay away order. God Bless.Please stay safe.

Is the person on county or state parole? Unfortunately, the Probation/Parole Officer can't do much until a police compliant has been filed. Once she files a complaint, she needs to supply the Officer with this compliant number and then the Probation/Parole officer can step in. It also depends on the level of supervision this person is assigned to. High risk is allowed to react faster on these situations.

I understand but she's scared to I believe. But my wife is very concerned, but I told her when she gets tired she'll do something.
