Is your customer service always terrible? Ignored by the people behind the cashwrap, and when I finally asked for assistance the 3rd the person helping me was very rude. I still spent over 40$ and I was going to spend more but I won't be returning.

Yes it was a Wednesday or Thursday awhile ago. I think a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament was going on last week (I wrote the review the day of the incident so about 2months ago. I haven't been at this place in quite some time due to a car accident (I did home health physical therapy) I was in. It's hard to find a good place to play Yu-Gi-Oh. I usually don't write reviews. The place was decent the last time I was there though. It just really bothered me. I felt like I was unwelcomed. I don't want anything, I just wanted to bring it to your attention. I used to run a GNC and I understand bad days they just happen when dealing with people. Thank you
