I've been there many times the staff is very nice to me, but you have to approach people with respect to get respect, but in a business place we expect people to be respectful, the only thing is that the manager don't approach people and greet them he just walked by with a stink on his face, and whenever there is a crisis you don't try to figure it out he leave it to the staff
Who to spell, or how to spell? Just for folks information. Caribbean people usually spell words for the most part exactly how Caribbean folks will pronounce words.some times the American's and the British spell certain words different also.
Sometimes what happens without, starts within. A legitimate experience of bad food and service is of concern to us all. Maybe a polite note / chat with management, and if not addressed, post the experience. But a post with rhetorical vitriol, is an exercise in futility. Nuff Respect.
